2006 Augusta Georgia Black Scotty’s quite the car buff. If he gets a new ride, there’s nothing stock about it, as he has to tinker here, add something performance-enhancing there until it’s just right and a creation he’s proud of. The same goes for the 2006 Augusta Georgia headcover. Scotty decided to soup up a golf cart with a little extra muscle.
